Con Shuck Con Shuck retired from the United States Marine Corps in June of 1974 and entered the Builders Hardware field as a Customer service representative. In 1980, while serving as National Sales Manager for Elkem Ving, Con joined Don Clark as an Independant Manufacturers Representative forming Clark and Shuck Associates Inc. After a very successful 25 years as partner and friend, Don Clark passed away in October 2003.
